用途：本机可将0～-5℃的冻肉块、鲜肉、脂肪、茎类蔬菜等切割成丁、条、片状，一机多用，工作效率高。广泛应用于肉食加工中心、餐饮连锁配送、机关高校食堂。

特性：本机整体采用优质不锈钢材料加工制作，安全防护性能好，切割零件拆卸简易，易于清洗；网格刀具，切刀可自行拆卸而调出不同尺寸，切丁标准高；切割厚度可通过液压自行调整，以满足不同厚度的需要；预压设计，保证切出肉块的均匀。
