该系列产品采用不锈钢锅体，凡与食品接触的零、部件均采用不锈钢材料制造并进行抛光处理；搅拌系统采用自转公转相结合的方式其传动比为不整数传动比，保证锅内无任何搅拌死点。该系列设备自动/液压型是利用液压推力使搅拌臂翻转，免拆装搅拌器，再利用液压推力倾翻锅体，易于进出原料节省人力；采用无级变频调速器能将高粘度产物混合均匀加热提高热量，具有易于操作，工作效率高，耗能低，使用寿命长，结构紧凑，维修方便等特点，是性能优良的搅拌机。
