结构:真空和面机主要由机体、机架、面箱、面箱盖、面箱旋转油缸、开关盖油缸、传动部分、真空部分、电控部分、液压系统等组成。

1.面箱盖的开启和面箱的倾斜采用液压系统控制。

2.抽真空采用水环式真空泵,可减少对面粉的污染,有效防止面粉对真空泵造成的损坏,更加耐用,最高真空度可达到-0.09Mpa。
